My name is Richard Souksengphet, and I proudly serve Florida’s homebuyers, sellers, and investors as part of The Evolve Group with LPT Realty.
Originally from North Aurora, Illinois, I made the move to sunny Florida in 2003 and have called it home ever since. With a professional background in mortgage brokering and retail/communication sales, I transitioned into real estate in 2019, bringing with me years of negotiation, customer service, and market knowledge to better serve my clients.
For me, real estate is about building relationships — not just closing transactions. I value trust, communication, and making sure every client feels confident and cared for throughout their journey.
Outside of real estate, I’m a proud husband and father to two amazing daughters. I enjoy traveling, playing poker, and spending quality time with friends and family.
